We assist with Purchase Conveyances

Our services include, but not limited to:

·         Preparing a contract tailored to your situation (if necessary).

·         Reviewing the contract, you have signed to ensure it is in order and that no changes are needed.

·         Conducting searches and providing you with advice on the results of those searches.

·         Liaising with you and your financier.

·         Liaising with you regarding the building inspection.

·         Providing advice to the real estate agent, seller, and any other relevant party as to when all conditions are met.

·         Stamping documents for the purpose of transfer duty payable to the Queensland Revenue Office (they have just updated their name; this is the correct entity name).

·         Arranging settlement.

·         Preparing settlement figures and adjustments where necessary.

·         Attending settlement on your behalf.

·         Advising all relevant parties and authorities once a settlement is affected.

·         Answering all questions you may have along the way.

We assist with Sale Conveyances

Our services include, but not limited to:

·         Reviewing or preparing the contract to ensure you are meeting your legal obligations and not failing to disclose relevant information.

·         Represent you and deal with any requests from the buyer.

·         Liaise with your bank if there is a mortgage that needs to be released (you are responsible for preparing and submitting the request to release the mortgage with your bank).

·         Arranging settlement.

·         Reviewing settlement figured and adjustments where necessary.

·         Providing cheque directions to the buyer.

·         Attending settlement on your behalf.
