Kerri Nazzari

Kerri graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Government and International Relations from Griffith University in 2016. This unique combination of degrees gives her a well-rounded approach to her practice as a solicitor.

Kerri has experience as a research assistant intern at Griffith University and a Law Graduate volunteer at the Environmental Defenders Office. This experience gives her a unique outlook on the legal problem-solving required in her native title work.

Kerri joined the team at Dillon Bowers Lawyers in 2017 as a Law Graduate. In this position, Kerri corresponded with clients, conducted legal analysis and research, reviewed, and amended leases, and organised mediations for Native Title clients. In her current role, she expertly guides clients through complex legal issues and strives to ensure excellent and efficient service on any level of matter. 

Above all else, Kerri is committed to providing responsive and seamless service to all clients.

  • Indigenous Land Use Agreements;

  • Right to Negotiate Agreements

  • Cultural Heritage Management Agreements;

  • Cultural Heritage Management Plans;

  • Exploration Agreements;

  • Other agreements pursuant to the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and Native Title Act 1993.

Kerri also has experience in:

  • RNTBC compliance with the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 and the Native Title (Prescribed Bodies Corporation) Regulations 1999

  • Attendance at National Native Title Tribunal convened status conferences and mediations; and

  • Ongoing Corporation support.
