Samantha Cook graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Laws in 2020.

Sam began her career with Dillon Bowers Lawyers as an administrative assistant in 2019. During this time Sam became well acquainted with administrative processes, case management, client correspondence, legal research, and analysis. After being admitted Sam began as a solicitor working in Native Title Law. Since being admitted, Sam has been involved in negotiating and drafting various agreements.

Sam’s tailored approach to problem solving allows her to expertly navigate clients through complex legal issues. Sam understands the stress involved with undertaking legal matters and such she strives to ensure excellent and efficient service on any level of matter. 

Above all, Sam’s key focus is building strong relationships with clients and striving to achieve the best possible outcome. The combination of her experience, knowledge and happy to help attitude make her an amazing solicitor.

Sam also has experience in:

  • RNTBC compliance with the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 and the Native Title (Prescribed Bodies Corporation) Regulations 1999

  • Attendance at National Native Title Tribunal convened status conferences and mediations; and

  • Ongoing Corporation support.
